AIR BNB PROPERTY PHOTOGRAPHY IN KENT

21/03/2019
Quested House was the first house to be built in the village dating back to the 16th Century. This Grade II listed building is just on the outskirts of Margate close to art, culture, restaurants and dining and of course the Turner Contemporary art gallery. The property has open fireplaces & wood burners, a state of the art kitchen, 2 acres of land, hot tub, steam room, sound via Sonos, and Sky on the cinema screen. With six bedrooms and three reception rooms downstairs there was a lot of areas to cover, the photos will be used on the Air BnB website as well as the owners own stand alone site and various social media and printed media outlets.

As with most property photography, especially the interiors I used a tripod and the Nikon 14-24mm wide angle lens, shooting low done na not too wide gives a nice balance to the image, and with low ISO's and long exposures you bring in all of the warmth of the room in to the final photos.
