The School of European Culture and Languages (SECL) is one of the largest academic schools at the University of Kent. The School offers an extensive range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes that cover European cultural life in the following areas: Classical & Archaeological Studies, Comparative Literature, English Language & Linguistics, Modern Languages (including French, German, Hispanic Studies, Italian and European Studies), Philosophy and Religious Studies. We offer a range of single-honours degrees as well as joint-honours degree.

For consistency a neutral backdrop was used, the portrait photography taken in landscape orientation would allow the photos to be used on web and editorial platforms where text could be overlaid in the negative space available.
