ROOTS KITCHENS DESIGN PHOTOGRAPHY

13/04/2021
On the doorstep today in Chartham, a short drive from the office today to photograph a modern kitchen design that had a modern mix of textures and styles to it. Roots have a specific photography brief as the wider images need to replicate the computer designs that they have produced. I then covered some more close up and abstract images which are ideal for the companies website, editorial and marketing purposes. The farmyard cottage exterior has a real contrast with this modern design inside, the contrasting doors, flooring and accent units work really well and give the older building a fresh and modern design inside but still complimenting the overall look of the property.

The majority of the bedroom and kitchen interior photography relies on the Nikon 14-24mm lens, generally set at 18mm so there isn't too much distortion and always on a tripod, this produces pin sharp images and the longer exposure brings in plenty of natural light.
