BUSINESS PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY IN KENT

25/08/2020
I've been getting used to taking portraits in landscape mode for some time now, this is mainly due to social media and the banners on facebook/Linked In and square set up for Instagram, although they now accept landscape. So the traditional portrait orientation is not such a requirement. The rectangle does allow for crops a lot easier as well, plus for editorial it works really well in terms of text going to one side of the subject.

The people that feature in the montage showcase a variety of companies, designers, farm managers, opticians and window company owners. The majority are with two lights, but Jane from parker designs was just with natural light, the high window at an angle was bringing in some nice diffused light and wasn't as harsh as the images with the lights set up.
