GENEVA MOTOR SHOW 2018

12/03/2018
The Geneva International Motor Show is Europe's only annual international motor show ranking among the global top five (alongside Frankfurt, Paris, Detroit and Tokyo) to be recognised by OICA (the International Organisation of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers). This special status enjoyed by the show is due not only to its excellent organisation and Geneva's international reputation but also to Switzerland's position as a country which has no car manufacturers of its own and so does not need to thrust any particular market players centre stage.

Their was plenty of new models, concepts and Independent exhibitors on show at the 88th GIMS, highlights were the McLaren Senna, 789 bhp this road legal race car will only be limited to a production run of 500 cars, the car looks even crazier and aggressive in real life with one of the maddest designed rear diffusers you've ever seen. On a more affordable scale Honda had their hatchback EV concept which will be released as soon as next year, a real homage to the original 3 door Civic. Highlights for me were the Toyota/Gazoo Supra, this will be available next year and at the show the race car set up disguised the iconic 80's and 90's design of this affordable sports coupe. Plenty of more were on display and i'll be posting other work on Instagram and Facebook over the next few days.
